PORK CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. chow mein meat
1 lb. ground pork

Brown with lots of onion and celery. Add plenty of Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Make sure it gets well browned and done all the way through.

1 can chow mein vegetables
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 lg. can water (vegetable can)
2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes

Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Make thickening with 3 to 4 tablespoons corn starch and enough soy sauce for a good consistency to thicken the mixture, stir as you pour in.

Serve over chow mein noodles and rice.
