BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and cooled)
1 sm.-med. size onion, chopped
1 sm.-med. size green pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz (may substitute with 1 sm. jar regular plus 1 sm. jar med. Mexican or jalapeno)

Saute onion and green pepper in 1 stick of butter. Add 1 large jar (or 2 small jars) of Cheez Whiz. Mix in soups. Pour over rice and broccoli in large baking dish and stir to mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes to heat through.

Serve as a side dish or buy flour tortillas and use for filling in the tortillas.
