SMOKED TURKEY PATE 
1 c. diced cooked turkey
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. softened butter
3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Cognac or brandy
Crackers of your choice or raw apple and vegetable slices

In blender or food processor with steel blade, combine and process turkey and walnuts until finely chopped. Add butter, butter, liquid smoke and liqueur; process until a smooth paste is formed. Add mayonnaise until of desired consistency. Spoon into small bowl or crock; cover and refrigerate several hours. Serve with crackers and/or apple and vegetable slices.
