SMOKED TURKEY & JARLSBERG SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. smoked turkey
3/4 lb. Jarlsberg cheese
2 c. red seedless grapes
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
1-2 tbsp. green peppercorns (water packed, drained)

Slice smoked turkey and cheese about 1/4" to 1/2" thick, then cut into julienne strips. Wash, pat dry grapes. Mix together in a bowl the turkey cheese, grapes and celery. In another bowl mix mayonnaise, raspberry, vinegar and crushed peppercorns. Then mix as much mayonnaise mixture as needed into turkey mixture. Chill and serve. Serves 6.
