GLAZED HAM BALLS 
1/2 lb. ground ham
3/4 lb. ground pork
2/3 c. rolled oats (dry)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk

Mix all 5 ingredients for balls well. Chill good. Shape into walnut size balls. Put in shallow pan. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Drain.

INGREDIENTS FOR GLAZE:

1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
2/3 c. fruit juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/3 c. dark corn syrup

Combine all for glaze in pan and cook until slightly thickened. Pour over balls and bake additional 15 minutes. This is great to do ahead and make and add glaze when ready to use. Also could add pineapple pieces to glaze and serve over cooked rice. To increase recipe 3 parts meat and 2 parts glaze is enough.
