CHOCOLATE COVERED TOWNHOUSE
CRACKERS
 
Town House Crackers
Creamy peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
2 tbsp. Crisco

Make sandwiches using two crackers, spreading creamy peanut butter sparingly between. Melt 1 bag chocolate chips plus Crisco in small double boiler on low until melted. Drop each sandwich into chocolate, turn over with prong fork, lift out and tap side of broiler to put excess chocolate back into pan.

Put on waxed paper cookie sheet. With any extra chocolate put a dab on top of each cookie until all is gone. Put cookie sheet in refrigerator to cool. Transfer to container with lid. Layer with Saran Wrap or wax paper. Store in refrigerator. Great!!!
