SMOKED FISH LOG 
2 c. flaked fish
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. parsley

Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke, and salt. Add the 2 cups fish. Shape into log and roll in the pecans and parsley. Chill.
