RUBEN MEATLOAF 
1 egg
1 c. rye bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. Russian salad dressing
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) sauer kraut, drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Combine egg, crumbs, onion, relish, dressing, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add beef, mix and flatten on wax paper. Cover with sauerkraut and 3/4 cup cheese. Roll off the wax paper in a roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minute.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 more minutes. You can use 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork.
