SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)

Thaw and drain.

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, and 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
