TASTY MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground pork & 1 lb. ground veal or 2 lb. ground chuck
3 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. marjoram
2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. curry powder
1 lg. can chicken broth

Soften cracker crumbs in milk, fry onion in butter; let cool. Beat eggs. Add seasonings then add everything to meat; mix well. Form into balls, brown the meat. Add broth and put in oven for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
