HOLIDAY MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chili sauce
1 c. grape jelly

Combine first 8 ingredients. Form into bite-sized meat balls, using rounded teaspoonful. Place in shallow baking pan brushed with oil.

Bake in preheated 450°F oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine chili sauce and grape jelly. Heat until jelly is melted. Place well drained meat balls in a serving dish. Pour chili sauce mixture over meat balls and toss gently to coat. Serve warm.

Makes 60 meat balls.
