EASY ORANGE CRANBERRY RELISH 
3 cans whole berry cranberry sauce
2 oranges
1 clementine
1 cup pecan halves

Toast pecans in oven at 350°F until color turns slightly brown. Remove from oven, allow to cool and then roughly chop.

In a bowl combine:

zest and meat of 2 oranges
juice of the clementine
chopped pecans
3 cans of cranberry sauce

Chill overnight.
