SALLY'S CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH | |
1 bag fresh cranberries 2 medium oranges 1 cup pecan halves 1 cup brown sugar Finely chop the cranberries in a food processor, transfer to a large bowl. Finely chop the quartered oranges in food processor and add to the cranberries in the large bowl. Finely chop the pecans in food processor and add to the bowl with the cranberries and oranges. Add the brown sugar and mix very well. Refrigerate overnight for the flavors to blend. Serve chilled. Submitted by: Sally Williams |
