CRANBERRY ORANGE SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 cup orange juice 1 cup boiling water 1 unpeeled apple, chopped 16 oz. jar cranberry-orange relish 1/2 cup chopped pecans Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add orange juice and let stand till almost jelled. Combine cranberry-orange relish chopped apple and pecans; fold into the almost jelled mixture. Pour into a 1-quart mold. Chill till firm.
