ROSETTES 
1 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat mold in oil 365 degrees. Blot on paper towel. Dip mold into batter being careful not to get any batter on top of mold. Put in oil a few seconds and lift off mold. Keep pushing pastry under oil until brown. Remove and place on paper towel.
