ROSETTES (Novella) 
3-4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. Crisco
3 eggs
1 lg. bottle honey
Chopped walnuts
Crisco for frying

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Roll out on a floured board and cut into desired shapes. Fry in deep fat until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. When cool, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Serves 12.
