CURRY CHICKEN 
2 whole chicken breasts, sliced thin
1 can chicken broth
1 onion, quarter sliced
2 tbsp. curry powder
4 potatoes, quarter and slice
1 tsp. oil

Cook potatoes in microwave. Heat oil in wok, add onion, stir fry. Add chicken, stir fry until done. Add curry powder, cook 2 minutes. Add broth and potatoes. If not thick, add cornstarch.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
