1 c. buttermilk or plain milk
1 ripe banana
1/2 c. of apricot nectar or pineapple juice
1 heaping tbsp. of honey
3 to 4 ice cubes
A handful of strawberries or blueberries or a ripe peach

Put all of the ingredients into the blender at once. Break up the banana and slice the peach if you are using one.

Now put the lid on and buzz it all on high until it is smooth and creamy (about 1 minute).

Pour the shake into two or three tall glasses and mooooo...enjoy!
