RHUBARB CRISP | |
1 egg 3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 3 c. cut rhubarb 1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour Mix together egg, 3/4 cup sugar and the 3 tablespoons flour. Press into a 9 x 9 inch greased pan. Sprinkle rhubarb over crust. Combine butter, brown sugar and 1 cup flour. Mix and sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. |
