REUBEN TURNOVER 
3 tbsp. 1000 Island Dressing
2 pkgs. thinly sliced corned beef
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can sauerkraut, well drained
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. Bisquick

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix baking mix and water for dough. Smooth on board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough to 18 x 12 inch size. Cut into 6 squares. Layer corned beef over triangular half of each square. Mix sauerkraut and dressing and cheese. Spoon over corned beef. Fold over sauerkraut mixture, forming a triangle. Press edges with floured fork to seal. Brush top with butter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
