CHEESY TATORS 
6 potatoes
1 large onion (optional)
15 slices cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. milk

Peel potatoes and slice 1/4-inch thick slices, onion also. Cook. Butter glass dish. Put half potatoes in dish. Cover with cheese and pats of butter. Put other half of potatoes in. Cover with cheese and butter. Pour in milk. Melt cheese. Serve warm.
