SAN DIEGO FRUIT BOWL | |
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges 1 c. grapes, halved 2-3 bananas 1 pt. fresh strawberries 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring 1 (22 oz.) can peach pie filling Add any other fruits in season - melons. Drain canned fruits. Combine with fresh fruit. Mix lemon juice and almond flavoring with pie filling, stir in fruit and chill 3 to 4 hours. Serve in a crystal bowl. Garnish with mint. Serves 8. Good for 2 days. |
