DADDY EGGS 
3 oz. bacon, cooked and crumbled
5 oz. sausage, cooked and crumbled (link or patty)
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. (or 2 sm.) tomatoes, chopped (can substitute chopped canned tomatoes)
10 eggs

Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble. Set aside. Cook sausage, then crumble. Set aside.

Brown the diced onion in the skillet with some of the bacon and sausage grease (or butter, if preferred). Add the chopped tomato and cook until done. Add the bacon and sausage. Stir.

When mixture is hot, add eggs and stir, turning with spatula.

Serve when done (don't leave in skillet or they continue cooking). Salt and pepper to taste.

Best served to a sympathetic and loving family.
