SNOWBALL 
2 tbsp. plain gelatin
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. granulated sugar, (salt)
4 c. diet whipped topping
1 lg. angel food cake
1/4 c. flaked coconut

Line medium bowl (9 inch) with waxed paper. In separate bowl mix gelatin and 4 tablespoons water until dissolved. Add 1 cup boiling water, or juice, lemon juice, sugar and salt.

Mix and chill until syrupy. Add 3 cups whipped topping to chilled gelatin. Break angel food into bite-sized chunks. Fold cake into gelatin mix. Pour into wax paper-lined bowl. Chill until firm. Turn out on plate and frost with rest of topping and coconut.
