CRESCENT CHICKEN
My sister gave this recipe to my mom and she passed it on to me. Hope you like it as much as my family does. God Bless.

2 cans refrigerator biscuits (Crescent rolls)

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. onion (chopped)
2 tbsp. pimiento
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter (melted)
4 cups chicken (cooked & chopped)

COATING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 cups croutons (crushed)

Mix cream cheese, salt, pepper, milk, onion, pimiento, butter and chicken chunks. Roll out crescent rolls and put a spoonful of the mixture in the center. Roll up sides and seal tightly. Dip into 2 tablespoons melted butter and crushed croutons. Place on greased baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 or 40 minutes.

Note: Check at 30 minutes. If not done, bake 5 or 10 more minutes.
