EASY BEER BREAD | |
2 c. self-rising flour 3 tbsp. sugar 12 oz. beer 1 tbsp. melted butter Combine flour, sugar and beer; stir just until ingredients are moistened. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bread tests done. Brush with melted butter. Remove bread from pan and cool on wire rack. In honor of Jesse Bailey. |
