POPPY SEED EGG BREAD 
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
3 c. bread flour
1 3/4 tsp. active dry yeast

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by the manufacturer. Select basic bread setting and crust color.

Makes 1 (2 pound) loaf.
