EGG BREAD | |
9 oz. (1 c. + 2 tbsp.) milk, 80~ 2 large eggs 4 c. bread flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. yeast Add liquid ingredients to pan. Add dry ingredients, except yeast to pan. Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, then level ingredients, pushing some of the mixture into the corners. Place butter into corners of pan. Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add yeast. Lock pan into bread maker. Program for basic or basic rapid setting and desired color. Do Not use timer because of the eggs. |
