SWEET AND SOUR BLACK - EYED PEAS 
3 (17 oz.) cans black - eyed peas, drained
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
8 oz. can sliced pineapple, drained

Combine all ingredients except pineapple; pour into a lightly greased, shallow 2 quart baking dish. Top with pineapple slices. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
