COCKTAIL REUBENS 
36 slices cocktail rye, toasted
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
1/4 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Swiss cheese, each cut into 4 sq.
Dill pickle slices, toothpicks

Arrange bread slices on cookie sheet. Spread each slice bread with about 3/4 teaspoon dressing. Add small amount of sauerkraut and then corned beef to each slice. Top each with 1 square of Swiss cheese. Pop under preheated broiler until cheese melts. Top each with dill pickle slice and cocktail toothpick. Serve immediately.

Can also be microwaved: Power level 7 for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until cheese melts, rotating plate 1-2 times.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
