CINNAMON STRIPS 
1 (10 count) can buttermilk biscuits
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. vegetable oil

Roll out biscuits to 3 1/2 to 4 inch squares. Cut biscuits into1/2 inch wide strips. Heat oil in large skillet and fry biscuits until lightly browned and fluffy. Drain on paper towels. Mix confectioners' sugar, cinnamon and milk. Dip biscuits in this mixture, let cool and serve for breakfast, or a quick kids after-school snack. This appeared in the market bulletin and has become a favorite.
