ECLAIR 
2 boxes French Vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatin
2 2/3 c. cold milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Graham crackers
1 can milk chocolate frosting

Blend first three ingredients until smooth. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers. Pour half of mixture over the crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and rest of mixture. Add another layer of graham crackers on top. Heat frosting until very thin, pour over top. Cool and refrigerate. Very good.
