RANCHO BEANS 
1/4 c. shortening
2 c. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
1 can kidney beans
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. molasses

Brown onion and peppers in skillet with shortening. Add remaining ingredients and bake in casserole dish at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
