FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettucini noodles
1 c. heavy or whipping cream
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

About 25 minutes before serving: In 6-quart saucepot, prepare fettucini as label directs; drain. Return fettucini to saucepot; over low heat, heat fettucini, cream, butter, salt, pepper and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese; toss well. Serve immediately. Pass more grated Parmesan cheese, if you like to sprinkle over each serving. Makes 8 accompaniment servings.
