1 1/2 to 2 lbs. round steak 1 tsp. liquid smoke 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. barbecue salt 1/3 tsp. garlic powder 1/3 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. meat tenderizer 1 tsp. onion powder 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. soy sauce Slice meat into thin strips across the grain. Set aside. Mix rest of ingredients. Arrange strips of meat in flat pan. Pour over rest of ingredients. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Next morning, lay strips of beef on oven racks. Bake at 125 to 140 degrees for 8 to 10 hours. |
