PEPPER STEAK WITH RICE 
1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in strips
1 tbsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic, crushed (minced garlic)
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced green onions
2 green peppers, cut in strips
2 or more lg. fresh tomatoes
1 c. beef broth
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. hot cooked rice

Sprinkle steak with paprika. Brown garlic in butter. Add steak, onions and green pepper. Cook until vegetables are wilted. Add tomatoes and beef broth; cover and simmer on low heat 15 minutes. Blend water with cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir into steak. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
