PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. rice, uncooked, not instant
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water

Form first five ingredients into balls and roll in flour. Put into casserole in which soup and water have been mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
