BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP 
4 boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 bottle Louisiana Hot Sauce (small bottle)
1/2 jar T. Marzetti's Blue Cheese Dressing (refrigerated section)
1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown chicken in skillet and let cool. Spread cream cheese in baking dish (either 8x8 or 9x13). Shred chicken. Combine chicken, hot sauce, and blue cheese dressing to taste. Pour over cream cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350°F 20-30 minutes until bubbly.

Serve with crackers (I prefer Wheat Thins), tortilla chips, or Fritos.
