MOCK SOUR CREAM 
1 c. 1% cottage cheese
1/4 c. lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Place ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. This can be used as a substitute for sour cream in dressings, dips and salads. Delicious on baked potatoes. Example, add HIDDEN VALLEY® dry mix for great dip or dressing.
