CHICKEN WITH GRAVY 
2 chicken breasts, halved
4 tbsp. butter
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. water
3/4 c. cooking sherry
1 (1/5 oz.) pkg. Lawry's original-style spaghetti sauce mix

Saute in butter the chicken breasts with mushrooms and onion. Spoon off drippings. Add to the pan the water, sherry and sauce mix and simmer the chicken mixture for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with mashed potatoes and baked butternut squash. Serves 2-4.
