WILD RICE STUFFING | |
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice mix 1 1/2 c. sliced celery 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms 1/4 lb. butter 1 c. hot water 1 (2 oz.) jar sliced, drained pimentos 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix Cook rice as directed on package. Saute celery and mushrooms in butter for 2 minutes. Add bread crumbs with hot water and pimentos. Mix well, add rice. |
