WILD LEEK POTATO SOUP | |
2 c. leeks, diced 2 c. potatoes, diced 1 c. celery, diced 1/2 c. green pepper, diced 1/2 pt. heavy cream 2 c. milk 2 c. water 1/2 c. white wine 3/4 c. soy (tamari) Put it all in a pot, except wine. Cook on low simmer for 1 hour (stir when passing). Add wine. Cook low overnight or until you give in. Serves 6. |
