POTATO-LEEK SOUP 
2 medium potatoes
bottoms of 3 large leeks (white part)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, grated
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pt. or more chicken broth
1 small clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Accent (optional)

Cook vegetables in enough water to keep from sticking until tender. Add chicken broth and seasonings. Add Accent while cooking.

Serve hot with saltines or other crackers.
