ONION RING CASSEROLE 
1 lb. onions
Salt and pepper
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Paprika

Peel and slice onions thin, separate into rings. Place onion rings in prepared baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Add water. Bake 20 minutes, uncovered. Dot with butter.

Combine milk and egg. Pour over onions. Top with cheese, sprinkle with paprika. Bake another 40 minutes uncovered at 350.
