ONION RING HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. instant onion gravy mix
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 can Durkee onion rings
1/2 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
1 1/2 c. water
1 can peas, corn, etc.

Brown hamburger; drain fat. Blend in with meat gravy, water, salt and rice. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in drained vegetable and continue to simmer until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. When done, sprinkle onion rings on top.
