CARROT CAKE | |
3 c. grated raw carrots 2 c. sugar Mix and blend carrots and sugar. Let stand. 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. salad oil 3 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour (self-rising) Mix together with remaining ingredients. Grease and lightly dust with flour three 8 inch cake pans. Bake for 30 minutes in 325 degree oven. |
