CARAMEL PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 c. hot milk
1 c. cold milk
Pinch of salt
3 eggs, well beaten
Vanilla

Brown sugar in cast iron frying pan. Stir - do not scorch over heat. Syrup will form. Add to this the hot milk, then the cold milk. Set off heat. Add eggs and vanilla. Place in custard cups over water and bake. Serve with whipped cream.
