CARROT SANDWICHES 
1 c. grated carrots
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish, drained
1/2 c. ground pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic salt

Blend all above ingredients. Use blender for finer consistency. Lightly butter bread. (I use Multigran and spread above mixture on.) Will keep several days in tightly covered container.
