SHERI'S POTATO SALAD | |
10 to 12 potatoes 5 or 6 boiled eggs 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods) 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped (I put my celery and onions in a chopper) 1/2 cup onion salt and pepper, to taste dash of sugar Boil potatoes with their skin in large pot until tender. Let cool and peel. Prepare eggs. Cut potatoes in bite size pieces and put them in a large bowl. Peel eggs and cut them in small pieces, add them to potatoes. Add all other ingredients. Mix up with your hands (it's a lot easier and less damaging than a spoon is to the potatoes). Eat and enjoy! Submitted by: Sheri Richardson |
