GREEN TOMATO JAM 
2 c. pureed green tomatoes
2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello

Crush tomatoes in blender. Take 2 cups pureed tomatoes and 2 cups sugar and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take off stove and add Jello. Will be very thin. Let stand to cool, then refrigerate. Ready to eat when cold.
